Product Type

  • Office, industrial, retail, residential and mixed-use

Target Deals:

  • Raw land for retail, office, industrial parks and mixed-use developments.
  • Raw land for residential land development.
  • Existing developments with value-add potential and opportunistic assets.
  • $5 million to $50 million

Deal Characteristics:

  • Raw land for office and industrial parks: Strong locations within their sub-market. Aksoylu Properties will masterplan, secure approvals, construct infrastructure, and self-develop or sell ready-to-go parcels. We prefer a longer term hold/development strategy.
  • Raw land for residential development: Parcels with potential for 10 or more lots for sale to builders.
  • Acquisition of existing assets which are under performing due to vacancy, design obsolescence or under capitalization. Assets with additional development potential (e.g. vacant land and development rights) are a particular focus.
  • Raw land or land in combination with existing assets as part of a mixed-use development. Transactions requiring ready access to equity capital due to the requirements of the seller, financial market constraints, or the characteristics of the underlying assets.
